What is the difference between private hire and taxi services?
We are a private hire company, which means all journeys must be pre-booked. We do not sit on taxi ranks, nor will we ever approach you to ask if you need a taxi.
How soon in advance should we book?
The sooner you can book, the better. We recommend booking when you book your holiday if you require airport or seaport transfers. Booking will guarantee your required date and time is secure.
What is the maximum number of people you can accomodate?
Our vehicle holds up to 6 passengers.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We do ask for a deposit for airport and seaport transfers. If you require a journey after 11.00 pm you may be asked to pay in full via a secure link.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes! Absolutely you can pay securely via contactless payment in the vehicle.
Do you offer invoicing for contract services?
Yes, we understand that cash flow is so important for large and small businesses alike. If you have a service contract with us we would be happy to discuss invoice terms.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes, just ask your driver and we will be happy to provide a receipt for your journey.
We have booked a return journey from the airport, how will you know if we are delayed?
Please don’t worry, we will have your flight details and will be tracking your flight to ensure we are at the airport on time. If your return flight is severely delayed we will aim to pick you up as close to your arrival time as possible
